Marrakech shopping district is inside the old medina and are usually called souks. A souk or souq is a market, and inside Marrakech Souks, you have several markets.

Inside Souk Kimakhine you can search for musical instruments and you can also see where local craftsmen and instrument makers build unique taras, tambourines and Gnawa guitars called guembris, darboukas and tarija drums, etc. Basically you can find sorts of musical instruments for sale inside Marrakech souks.
